Brake discs are pretty easy to do and any car will need these at some point. £50 for the discs and new pads.

Front suspension arms. Going to be tough to do without a ramp. A garage might charge about £100-£150 to fit these (not including the parts).

Parking brake could just need a clean and a tighten, no parts needed. You could do this yourself.

Disc's and pads are about £50 in parts, if you can do good car repairs, its very easy todo if you have decent tools :)

Andy has done a video on the 16v (vented disc brakes)

The 8v is a little clip and hammer tap on the retaining bar it pops out
Here is my guide on it

----------------------
|Front arms, which on the punto includes the bushs and ball joint, its all as one, and pointless doing just 1 part, wack a whole new arm in
Avoid cheap whitebox tat off ebay, buy a decent quality from a local parts supplier

Yet again - Andy's video to the rescue here
Its pretty much same for all the punto's here

--------------

Rear drums are a little tricky here, as nobody's done a guide.... or a video (might be my next project)
As for the handbrake
It requires the drum off, shoes been removed to clean EVERYTHING up
Often the backplate has a little ridge on them prevent shoes to move properly
Or they have rusted into place
Or the adjusters have gotten stuck

They are self adjusters, but as i said, the adjusters get stuck and you loose your handbrake and increase pedal travel as the rear shoes push out further

Remember to slacken the internal cars adjuster right off before starting

Not saying all sellers do it but beware of the few advisory thing. Often it will distract buyers from what should be by far more obvious and serious problems like oil burning, clutch wear and so on.
I'm always suspicious of cars being sold with only a few little jobs needing doing. Why hasn't he done 'em?
