Way back in 1983 I paid around $1200 dollars for a '79 X 1/9. That's when I fell in love with 2-seater mid-engine "street-legal Go-Karts. But I was just 20-something, an idiot, and totalled the thing just about as soon as I got it running good. Today I am the owner of another X 1/9. This time an '86 with a fuel injected motor. Help me get o tknow this car. What you tell a new owner?
