Well I have had the Multipla remapped now for nearly 8 months now so i thought i would write a report.
The car was remapped by Angel tuning in May 2006, It was changed from the 110jtd to run with 140 bhp
The fuel ecconmy has not changed much in fact i think it has slightly improved over long motorway journeys.
The 0 - 60 time is below 10 seconds as well which really helps pulling onto roundabouts and away from the lights - I have beaten a Saxo vtr when carrying 3 passengers aswell
The biggest advantage has to be the midrange grunt of the remap, I can now go up hills without changing down gears also overtaking is much easier.I use mine to pull a caravan and have found it pulls much better.
Only problems i have had is the usual egr valve thing that all Multis seem to suffer
The clutch has slipped a couple of times but as long as you are sensible it shouldn't shorten the clutch life to much.
Tyre wear is pretty much as normal as wheel spin is very minimal, as most of the extra power comes in once you are halfway through the rev range
I must also point out i do not work or have anything to do with Angel tuning and this is purely from my own experiences
In conclusion i would say it is money well spent
The car was remapped at the ugly bug ball in 2006
