DESPERATLEY SEEKING skilled engineer

p.n:46553003 is a bit of badly shaped metal that just holds handbrake cables in place.... it was so badly designed the car now failed MOT and as it is a red flag do not drive issue the whole car will have to be scrapped.
who in their right mind designed a cupshaped bracket that is almost designed to pick up road dirt and rot????
If anyone can get hold of this part I'd reward them with undying love...
or do you know someone with enginnering skills in South of England can make one???
(Fiat obviously can't be bothered)
