Some modifications done. 6x14 ET40 (+ 5mm Spacers) Steelies of the Idea with 195/60R14 and the original chrome caps. For winter the original Steelies with 165/70R14 winter tyres and Ritmo center caps. BCM replacement air filter, dual-intake air-filter housing-lid (for this I had also to change to 1.4 16V cooling system due to space...), painted red air filter housing with abarth decals, bigger throttle body from Grande Punto 1.4 8V, NGK platin spark plugs ZKR7A-10, Panda 1.3JTD mid section and 500 1.4 16V rear silencer (=50mm from catalyst to tail pipe) DAB Adapter via line-in connected to original radio.

Posts: 96 Thanks: 9 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | Re: My 500C 1.2 esseesse I think the response became a little bit more spontanious and at high rpm you feel an improvement. But I think at least you have also to cut off the narrowing at the inlet-snorkel and install a replacement cotton air filter get the benefit. Itīs not allowed, but who will check if the diameter of your throttle-body is 40mm or 44mm... ![]() On my car (2009 Euro5) it did work plugīnīplay, but on a friendīs car, a 2015 Euro6 we experienced problems, even if the the part number of the 1.2 thottle stayed the same. I think this is due to necessary adaptation reset, but I donīt know how to do. See also: http://ddlz003.kmpmag.pw/index.php?topic=683.0

I also changed the low-beams, high-beams and daytime running lights to LEDs. Only the fog lights remained halogen, I changed to Osram Allseason. https://dai.ly/x7zmug2
