Punto (Mk2/2b) Corroded pipe pin prick leak

Introduction

Hi got bit of a problem. My daughter has a Punto Mk2 on 53 plate 8v and she came to me and said that her car is racing and the temp gauge is at red. So I thought coolant and there's a leak some where. I had a quick butchers and there was a leak as shown in the attachment (small white arrow rhs of the bright metal cover in front). The metal pipe that the hose goes onto has corroded and there's a pin prick of coolant jets from a pin prick hole. I thought hose which is easy to remove and replace but how do I repair metal. Is this part replaceable? and is it a big job to do. I'm not great on motors but am willing to have a go. Could any one tell me what the pipe or part is called and is the job a big job.
DIY fix
Take Pipework off - collect coolant
1x Screw
Wiggle wiggle wiggle
Refitting new is a case of wiggling back in again till its seated, refitting bolt
Refitting pipes

Filling up the coolant and bleeding the air out the system

Hopefully the high temp HASN'T cooked the head....

Ziggy

@atom0007 its a photo from google images lol wish it was that clean haha.

To everyone thanks for you help big style I`ll take it off to day if I can get them hoses off. The steel clips isn't jubilee ones seem to be type of clip that once one it has to be cut off (probably original ones from factory?) and very glad it can be a quick fix problem to because taking her to work in the morning is a nightmare lol.
Great forum Thanks for the link to part also now I know what it looks like like that bracket that's attached to the part as I thought that was sat inside it and can be separated from the pipe! now I know different I can go straight to the fastener.
Great forum thanks guys.

Ok just rang shop4parts as its the link shown and the price shown is the pipe only it should come with o ring but doesn't. £29 for pipe with delivery and wait for it £9 for `O`ring which he has to order in. It should £16 retail geeez that must be some o ring lol delivery time he couldn't tell me. Anyway main dealer came out cheaper with £35 with o ring and I can pick it up tomorrow. Just for info the OEM part number for the O Ring is 55185066 its a no 8 apparently.
Again Thanks for you help guys really appreciated it all. Ive a way forward now, just have to take it off now haha rust everywhere pipes been on since day one lol.

Ok I was given some bull ***** from the manufacturers it came with a little o ring on the pipe but I am after the Seal Gasket that goes into the water pump and is female to the new pipe i've bought. it slots onto pipe and then you twist and turn and it slots into water pump. Part number 55195985. That's if the water pump is a Pierburg make!! if its a Magna then the seal gasket is part no 71748938.

Can anyone tell me where I can get these from there like rocking horse manure on the net.

help is needed by you knowledgeable people please as ive been stung by the dealers
