Ok so I couldn't wait any longer to take some photos of my car. Even though most of the major mods arn't done yet. Some are, and they will keep you going till I can get the rest done.

So here we go

babysei - nope, the reflectors are painted, but you can still em at some angles so dunno till MOT time. getting a new set just in case, and some schumacher edition pedals cuz mine are just smooth metal at mo so would fail on that too lol.

hi

ive got some wheel centres from abarthbadges but there just stickers and i dunno its they'll be any good. trying to find some proper wheel centres, maybe even try and get some off a set of abarth alloys in a scrappy.

Itll go a lot shinier than this. its not been cleaned for 4weeks, and its not polished or glossed, or dried much either lol.

damn man!! i cant belive how cool and awesome that car is! never seen a seicento live & direct but yours blow's me off. I really envy that little car of yours, congrats! too bad about the weather but what a hell your ride is sweeeeet! haha... c ya...

its a case of mounting up the wax coats
i didnt clean it at all over xmas, bout 2months of dirt. its had 3waxes in 2weeks. so itll soon by shinying again.

not been on much due to uni work.

i know how that feels, i was at college for 5 years and came away with sod all!

Syphon just wonderin how u made the mdf parcel shelf? and also the mdf floor?
how do you pull it up to get to the spare tire?
Also how did u attach the amp power lead to the battery and would it be the same for a cinq?
i cant seem to figure out how this would be done.

the parcel shelf is from http://www.autoacoustics.com/
I made the floor. Its literally a single piece of mdf carpetted, lying on top of the tyre, and sides of the boot floor. I took off the piece of carpet to do this.
TO get at the spare tyre, well, i gotta rip everything out first lol, then lift out the floor.
The power lead is a bit of a git, but once you know how its easy. Whack your hand into the engine bay, first under the battery, u should feel a large grommet, with a little calbe going through it. This comes out just above the accelerator pedal inside. Run it down the side of the car under the cover, and there is a grommet at the back end of the door, slip it in there and it comes out behind the plastic armrests.feed right through to the back, and find a nice place in the boot to have it popping out. thats the tidy method btw. The untidy method is to have the power lead down the car, then under the rear seats . up to u.

o i c. the power cable I brought came with a ring connector on the end, if yours hasnt there easy to fit onto the cable. Just strip it, solder on connector, and crush it a bit. then it just pops under the bolt holding the positive battery lead on. tighten it up, and bobs your mother.

I was wondering how you managed to make an mdf floor for your boot? I can't seem to get the measurements of all the contours. I tried using the plasticky thing as a template but the fit was crap. hope you can help me.

the tick to getting the floor at the back of the boot(behind lights) is as follows.
Cut a piece of 1"x1" to the width of the boot, and lie that in the boot as far back as you can. Using this as a point to measure from, take measurements at every place the distance between the back of the boot and the peice of wood changes. I think when I did it I had about 12 measurements across the wdith of the boot.
