nice little update there mate. my brakes need doing too man. Need to see yours again since the splitter! Sean you interested in modified nationals in may? Few beers, get a stand set up. Need 5 cars minimum :)

Cheers, there a little bit squeaky going to copper grease the pads when I get chance next week, yea will defiantly be there mate if we are getting a stand sorted.
Love the splitter everything time I see it makes me smile :) will have to meet up at some point before then mate you still go to Yorkshire Italia meets?

That splitter looks really good on the new Orleans blue! did you go for a standard replacement on the brakes?

Cheers mate, I went for standard discs and pads as my thought was I'm not going to get any bhp upgrades and the current brakes are definitely sufficient so didn't see point if I'm to be honest.
If I had a more powerful car or was going to modify the engine I would have upgraded them.

Update,

Just had the car back from having both front bearings being done and also full disc and pad change front and back, still seems to be a slight hum so going to have the back ones done as well when money is available.

Also noticed that my lights behind the heater control have gone out so I've ordered some bulbs to replace them so will get that sorted as soon as they arrive.

Loving the splitter mate, actually tempting me if I'm honest.

The bulbs behind the heater controls aren't they soldered in place? I've got one out and last time I looked it wasn't too straight forward I don't think.

There is a guide on how to change them on here, seems quite easy didn't say about soldering in that just pull them out of the connectors from the back of the heater controls.

This is it:- https://www.fiatforum.com/grande-punto-guides/294064-replacing-bulbs-heater-controls.html

Yeah I went and found the guide right after posting that. It was when I had a look at my own dash I couldn't work out how to get them out lol.

Looks easy enough just got to take your time so not to break anything, I think mine have been out for..... Well as long as I can remeber because cant remeber them ever being on haha

Just changed my pollen filter this morning and I was shocked!!!

Never expected it to look so bad, I'm so glad I've changed it now and it took five minutes to do. Would recommend anyone who hasn't already to do so :)

It's supposed to be white!!!!! Haha

Also did a quick headlight bulb change as it blew when I was coming home last night from work :)

Just had to take the car back to the garage today :( had both wheel bearings changed and one side is making a cracking sound at low speed everything else seems tight and as it should be, just hope it's nothing expensive!!

Just got the car back from the garage tonight and he found that a bolt that holds the calliper to the arm which holds the bearing must not have been tight enough and had fell out so the calliper was hitting the alloy wheel :(

All good now so I won't be using that garage (different one to that fixed it) again for anything!!

Quick Update:-

Ordered some vinyl to do the strips on dash and the bottom of the gear gaiter in blue also going to get round to fitting the bulbs behind the heater controls soon :)

Update:-

Got the bulbs changed from behind the heater controls finally don't know how long they have been out for because I can never remember them working ;)

Look good know though took about half an hour to do in the end worth it though and cost about £3 :D

Before:

After:

Just ordered a new boot lock as the boot light has stopped working and when you pop the boot the car isn't sensing that it is open.
Hopefully should be too much of a job;)

You did it the hard way then! You can change them from behind by removing the small trim in the footwell.
