been doing this all day today and a bit yesterday... actually no, the day before yesterday.. anyway, i thought it looked good in photoshop so did it. The bumper is just a big mesh hole now heh, keeps the rad really cool tho!

oh and I tinted my front indicators. looks alot better but you cant notice it as much in the photos.

as for it being a neat job... well its not ... its not bad and does need some more filling but ill do that when i get the storm1 apron and i smooth the whole thing in.

nice job bush boy, the mesh you have used is it one big section or 2? As i know only a few places sell a sheet big enough so no seams are seen. Also do you have any work in progress pics? How did you attach the mesh to the bumper, fibreglass?

the mesh is actually 1 big section.. i didnt buy it, I just happen to have a cupboard from ikea that has mesh in the doors and seen as Im getting rid of it in a few days I thought ide nick the mesh. Ive still got another doors worth heh,

motorworld sell mesh big enough on there website tho. i was going to order that but decided to masacre my cupboard instead

I attatched the mesh with very short screws first and then used silicone where i couldnt put screws.

I havent got any work in progress pics as its not much work, I just cut it all with a jigsaw cutter, took maybe 5 mins. then sanded all the sides smooth with an electric sander, filled where the number plate goes and then painted it

not sure of the offset but they are alloys for a punto. fingers crossed i can sort em out heh. ive got the longer bolts i need but ill get the spacers once i know the offset

fair one man, will b interestin to c them on there with the lowering, i am still undecided about how much to lower mine, it leans to the drivers side so need some new springs, kno i want 15's and want it low enough so they fill the arches but just dont kno how much to drop it by!

If your going for 15's and want the arches filling then the Pi 50mm springs are a good bet. I've got these and had 15's, did need a little arch work at the back tho. (gone back to my old 14's now, better ride and lower!!)

really liking the bumper. i darent do that to mine. and it would need a respray anyway due to it being red. did you spray where you had cut?
