Any updates on El, she was such a forum slag before and now we never see her

Not a great deal to report, still on the move with no major problems. I have refurbed the wheels as the lacqure was pealing. El is now on a set of AVO coilovers and adjustable rear shocks, and has a little few carbon fibre brackets:

El was lowered 60mm when alex had it, not sure if its still the same

The rear is using the same springs and the AVO fronts around the same as what it was.

Wheels size is 13"

My bro now owns the blue 899 converted to a 1242. Ive recently bought a red 1242 LPG converted cinq to use while im working on the turbo.

Is there a thread for 899 to 1242? Was thinking of doing something like that in the summer.

The car looks sweet mate how much was the carbon fibring?

I think there are a few threads about the 899 to 1242 swap.

I made the carbon bits myself so haven't really worked the cost out.

899 to 1242 is not a hard conversion. pretty much same as changing from a 1108 apart from you need to swap over the engine wiring loom as well.

If you do the conversion make sure you get an anti-roll bar from a sporting as well

i disagree, alot.
Had mine off at one point to get it powdercoated red and the car felt all sloppy and rolly

could be to do with my boot install acting as a rear strutbrace then lol

real nice motor you got there mate. would love to do one these little monsters at some point but no space, theres always somthing in the way of doing things.

i was wondering if u could help me out iv had my cinq for about a year nw and love it but mre power wud be awesome can u point me in the right direction plz
