Just a thread to show how good my calipers came back from Bigg Red after refurbishment.

Although not the most expensive refurbishment they are like new so I am very happy with them.

Sadly I don't have any pictures of before but just imagine a rusty caliper with many years of paint and corrosion and generally just looking like 50/50 wether they would work or not.

I dealt with a guy called John who was extremely helpful and my calipers arrived with him on Thursday and I had them back for the Monday so great service.

how much that set u back? might get all 4 of my uno turbo calipers done before i put them on my seicento

Hi all,

Erm, the guy just said normal black paint, metal paint I would expect.

The pair was refurbed, all new seals and pistons, caliper completely stripped using heat and then blasted to bring it back to the bare metal.

£70 but I got a little off so say £80.

If he has calipers like the one you have on the shelf you can get them sent out and send your old ones for cashback.
