A florida judge has ordered the youth responsible for the death of a young girl,due to his reckless driving to put up a 2 foot high picture of her, with the words "I KILLED YOU" above it. He has to have it on display for three years.

probably near the accident or somthing, must say, thats what i'd call better justice 
A bit hard to police that isn't it? Should have the victim's image tattooed all over the offender's body - now that's punishment.
"I'm sorry i killed you" is the words, he was driving over a ton in a 40 (or similar) and hit a pickup iirc, which the girl was a passenger in and she died
He has to have a pic prodominately displayed in his living room iirc at all times at least 2ft tall and has a open warrant for police checks at anytime

interesting approach. it could work on people with a conscience. it could also send you crazy and end up in more bloodshed, especially in america.
