going by unofficial comment, blair would of wished kerry to have gotten in. Then he could of got onto the dealing with the mess of iraq better then closed minded bush.

Hmm true except Suddam wasn't actually trying to take over the world at the time.

On principle I agree with you though, I got no problem with Bush I don't think anyone else would have done much different at the time, Suddam was a threat now there no threat to world peace, although inevitably extremist nutters delay total peace in Iraq itself.

Firstly, how can you draw a parallel between Bush and Chamberlain?

I would say of the two (Bush and Saddam Hussain) Bush is the more sinister character. He lies, cheats, steals and bullies his way around the world. He started a war based on complete mistruths, where are the weapons of mass destruction?

Iraq was by no means the most dangerous country in the world, it is one of the most oil rich countries though. Don't forget that Iraq wasn't invaded for humanitarian reasons, it was invaded because we were told they were developing and preparing to use WMD. If the US was going to invade every country where atrocities take place where would it end?

Do you think that the intelligence agencies got things so wrong deliberately? These people aren't stupid. They knew full well that Iraq was no real threat before they went in! Bush wanted to finish the job his daddy started, and the USA will come out of this smelling of ****. History will not be kind to them...

Take Korea. This lot pose a much greater threat to the safety of the world than Saddam ever has, yet why doesn't old Bush go at them?
Because he's scared, that's why. Scared of what might happen if he invades.
Lets be honest, the outcome of invading Iraq was a pretty certain one.
The outcome of invading Korea is a **** sight more unclear which is why it'll never happen.

Bush is nothing more than a school yard bully, throwing his weight around because he knows he can win, which is why he'll always concentrate on the Middle East.

...and that's mentioning nothing about the oil!!

how can someone who can hardly string a sentence together be a president, whatever happens to america now while he is in power i cannot sympathise with them as they have brought this upon themselves.

it just seems odd that it wasnt long after bush came into power when all the trouble started.

my opinion of blair and bush is very low so no matter what people say otherwise in their defense my opinion wont be changed, i am just thankful that my brother left the RAF 6 months before it all kicked off.
