Being a middle aged git able to remember ABBA in the 70's, I thought you might like to know about Mama Mia - Great film, Got me and the missus tapping and Julie Walters is hilarious.

Ok the audience was 90% women but good enough for the blokes.

gonna go see it on thursday with 3 women if that dont get one of em the mood for wanting a man after midnight i dont know know what till lol

my mrs went watching this with her mum and aunties.

i would rather eat my own fist covered in broken glass than watch it

i loved it

had me laughing most of the way through - especially once julie walters was in it

did bring a little tear to my eye (but that was because of something that was said previously in the day finally hitting me at that point)

I'm looking forward to seeing it. We're selling the soundtrack at work for £10 on CD, a customer brought it and I thought hmmm, Might have to buy for the trip down to London next week.

pfff i like anything. and i have a very varied and wierd taste in music for wich some people wonder about me haha.

anyway i shall have to fight hard not to sing out loud to the abba tracks hopefull one of the ladies going wich i like can keep me distracted :devil: without the other 2 seeing or it could get complicated lmao

It was a Brit who started the whole Mamma Mia jukebox musical business...

chilll and enjoy the tunes thats what abbas about having fun and singing along.

abbas songs, i think are fantastic and genius, everyone knows the songs/words even if they dont own the song or even like abba.

Now however, i dont actually like to listen to abba, but have given it a try, but its just cheese, and im not a cheese man
