Posts: 4 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | Sad light cluster and parking sensors I've spent many good years with my crusty 2004 Idea 1.4 without any significant problems. At this point I'm just trying to keep it going as long as possible! A few months back it told me the offside rear brake light had gone. I went to swap the bulb and it was working - turns out it was intermittent. I left it and put it on my list of "one day soon" jobs. But, as of today I'm getting errors for the indicator on the same cluster, and it seems like my parking sensors are active all the time (i.e, when driving forward). I have eLearn and have been looking through the procedures and wiring diagrams, will hopefully be able to get out there with my multimeter in the next few days. I ask on the off chance someone's having an "a-ha" moment, knowing what I should be looking for here?

I would have assumed this, but the parking sensor thing threw me. Weird behaviour. Anyway, bodged for now, will fix up properly shortly.
