I was wondering if anybody could confirm what finish the black FK grilles come in. Im looking to get one with a matt finish.

Its just black plastic.

Any idea if its matt or glossy?

Got one its glossy if anything but not that shiney tbh.

yeah mine varies a bit, finish isn't perfect if you're not painting it but you cant see unless you look pretty close... i just left mine as it came cause i couldnt be bothered painting it and seeing the paint gradually chipping off

Ahh thanks to both of you. I was also wondering if the finish matched up well with the standard black lower grille? My bumper is being vinyl wrapped next week so i want to make sure i choose the correct vinyl so it doesnt look odd.

Yeah its a bit shiny but not really glossy to be honest. It matches the lower grille just about perfectly.

You should just get the black vinyl between the two grilles it will suit

Get glossy vinyl, buy the FK grille. Take out bottom grille and spray black, simple.

Yes the fk grill is still available I got one about a week or to ago from the fk automotive site . if you look at the wanted section of grande punto and see badgeless grill I have got the link to it on there , don't know it at the moment am on phone but will post when I get to a pc if that helps

in total it was 32 Euro so about £28 =) alot cheaper than any other badgeless grills that i have come across and it was very fast with delivery

Thats really good! Quite cheap aswell compared to what price other sites are selling them at.

Ordered the grille Hopefully ill recieve it next week

I would say it would be with you by monday at the latest with how quick mine arrived

I hope i get it by wednesday at the latest. Ive had my confirmation through so fingers crossed.

Arrrr thankyou! Ill get my grille out soon so the bumper can be vinyled ready for the FK grille. Im going to settle for satin black vinyl and hopefully it will all match up well with the standard black lower grille. Thanks again.
