I recently used this kit for my 180,000kms service

I would search ebay for the rest of it.

Help! I will fit all of the components i bought tomorrow but i can't locate the coolant sensor! Anyone?

I'm just trying something. I know everyone says that the "excess radiat" message can be solved with an update, but i have the last update according to my dealer and the problem remaines. What if it is a faulty sensor? Anyway it only costed 12€.

Update... I went to a diesel specialist and told him about my engine starting problem ( it takes a while to start and when it does it puffs smoke from the excaust). He checked the glow plugs, the injectors, the fuel pump and the electrics and his answer was that the car is fine! It is normal to do that because of the injection to take action. I pointed out that with the tuning box the problem was worse, but i got the same answer. Is that normal? Do you think that it is caused by the poor quality fuel we use over here?

If the car is fine, it should be the crappy diesel you get everywhere in Greece... Saying that, I always use Texaco Techron and BP Ultimate and every now and then I still get the excess radiat message on the dashboard, I have however noticed that this happens only when the car is used in town for short journeys over a period of time. Motorway driving i.e. long distance driving has never given my any trouble starting the car. I notice you've only done 37k miles, that is quite low, how old is your GP?

It's 3 years old and i've done 61.000 klm. I thought this happens from the tuning chip overflueding the injectors, but that doesn't justify that it happens without it installed does it?
