General PZero Neros

General PZero Neros

After wearing out another set of Potenza's and somehow managing to make it so that all 4 tyres were equally worn I've gone and swapped all 4 shoes to some PZeros. And all I can say is what a massive difference!!!!

Always thought the Potenzas were great tyres but tbh they're nothing in comparison with the PZeros. They have fantastic grip and are so much better in the wet weather it's unbelieable. Also, It appears that some (or actually most of) the previous understeer that I was experiencing has now vanished! :slayer:

So yeah, just thought i'd put my recommendation in :) Also, if anyones interested ATS have a deal on atm where it's 20%/30% off Pirelli tyres atm and you can obviously get discount on top which was useful (y)
see that you still got elegant taste and nothing less than the best for your grande :)

I agree that Pirelli P Zero Nero is a better tyre than the Bridgestone Potenza, it lasted longer too (14k miles vs 9k miles).

I am running my MJet Sporting (remapped to 172 bhp and 253 lbs/ft on the wheels) on Falkens and although it is an acceptable tyre, they are not a patch compared to Pirellis. They do not seem to last long either despite having a wear mark of 360 (Pirelli 220, Bridgestone 140). At 7k miles I rotated them, so expect them to give me 14k miles, exactly the same as the Pirellis. Mind you, Falken is a lot cheaper than Pirellis, it cost me some £30 less per corner.

Once my car is up for a fresh set of boots, I would like to try Continental, but they are stupidly expensive. Does anyone have any experience with them?
