OK, does anyone know where to buy a GSR induction kit cos I tried the supplier phone numbers from the website and none of them stock them?

Why, go for a high flow filter if you think more air is needed.
My friend drilled the airbox on his punto, it deffinately did'nt improve performance. And it doesnt make anydifference to the sound of the induction if thats what your after.
Save yourself time and money and buy a proper induction kit (like GSR) before you suck a load of **** into your engine.

if you do drill your air box make sure you drill it at the right side of the filter...
If anything, drilling a hole in your airbox will make performance worse? Because the little amount of air that is "forced" into the airbox is going to come pissing out the side instead of into the fuel mixture.
If you have a big hole on the throttle body side of the airbox then the noise it will make will be deep and throaty which doesnt suit this type of car anyway?
