Just a rant at about fiat in nuneaton, I think service dept are a bunch of a##holes. They have had my car tuesday for a new ecu, code block and keys, thay assured me that the car would ready on fri night, now they tell me that i may get it back next wednesday (if they have the parts). Was a nightmare already not have my car, now is just diabolical that there is such poor communication between the service dept and the customer. sorry just needed to rant.

Does anybody know who are the best fiat people to deal with, Would not have minded a courtesy phone call from them to let me know, i had to chase them up. To top it all went down there to talk to them about the situation and why they dont phone people, they say we r to busy yet when i arrived they just sitin on the desk chattin. beats me

parts dept are ok, if you pay on the phone they will leave your part there when they have gone home early on a saturday, you just go in and take it

Yeah they were superb with my 2 Stilo's when they went in, always seem to have an attitude problem at first but at the end all is spot on! Would highly recommend.

Only used Research for parts, and as I used to live on campus at Warwick Uni Grays was the closer, and now living in South Leam its about 5-10 mins away

Nuneaton fiat have swamped me with letter reminders about service/mot on sei but were fine when i bought the car from them, and also very good when i ordered my abarth mats from them

Warwick fiat is my nearest which i use for parts, and would probably use for diagnostic if needs be, but nothing more. The trainee mechanics there are a joke, when i went there in the cinq got abuse thrown at me from them of all sorts and them telling me how their fiesta would "rinse" me off the lights etc looking back quite funny, but at the time i was fuming

LOL Working in a Fiat garage and telling potential customers that their Fiat is crap... Sounds like they've been on the excelence in customer service course!
