Outright winner announced as Kinghams of Croydon.

Kicks-off at first level just by public votes, but leads to RAC assessment - & finally a judging panel: Honest John, Vicki Butler-Henderson (Fifth Gear), Richard Headland (Which?), Richard Bowler (Prof Motor Mech Mag, Tom Mallens (Aftermarket Mag) & Chris Mason (Motor Codes). I think the assessment includes a sort of TACEVAL – Tactical Evaluation, where they drop-in on them unannounced.
