Ok im on the hunt for new games that i could buy im getting sick of the same old games now and want to explore some new ones so if anyone has any ideas for good FPS, Car games then please feel free to list them here!!

Stu where do you get your speed test from it surely must be a blag as your not able to get that much speed with any isp.. biggest they do is 50mb thats with VM, yours is showing 84.5mb

Yes, mine is showing 84.5Mb - you not heard of 100Mb / 1Gbs lines then
My ISP is indeed VM for home, but if you look closely at the sig, it doesn't mention VM, but instead Leaseweb
- they are based in Holland.It is from the 100/100Mb server I rent from then, for all my downloading needs :devil: - I then FTP files across to my home PC at full line speed, currently 20Mb

yeah i have a 1gb line x2 thats for the rj45's and i aint able to get more than 6mb on a 24mb package
as for isp serving from holland all the way over here to you well they must have some uber wire for that kind of speed

Ok, to put you straight, my home ISP is currently VM 20Mb, and I get pretty good download speeds with that, FTPs can hit around 2.3MB/s over night, so pretty much line speed.
I also rent a server in Holland, which sits on a 100Mbit line, upstream and downstream. This server has a 160GB HDD in it, and I download to that direct. I hit speeds around 10MB/s+ on that, although my sig only shows 80Mb via speedtest.
I don't surf via Holland, although I can remote desktop into it, and use a browser if I want to [anonymous surfing, gives a Dutch IP and no need to use a proxy] - I just use FTP to transfer my files across.

ARMA2 comes out today. Looks brilliant.
Nothing on Operation flashpoint 2 dragon rising but that's not out till a while. Fall actually.

the server in holland must cost you a bomb i went onto that Leaseweb website and had a look around pretty expensive but i bet its worth it for the speed you can download things at
