The main problem I had with WoW - when I played - was the fixed subscription fee, it encouraged you to play it more as you wanted to get the most for your money. Casual gamers like myself would (I assume) prefer a pay-as-you-go system (say £0.20 per hour?) rather than paying £9 a month regardless of how much you play.
