As Fiats have needed to conform to Euro-NCAP and such access to the engine has become more and more troublesome. To replace the timing belt and adjuster on a Panda takes me twenty five minutes, a Cinquecento takes over and hour and Seicento took an hour and a half. Grrrrr!
