I bought Plasti-dip spray for 15 of ebay. Sprayed the badges 5-6 coats 10mins in between and 30 min to dry. After just used a tooth pick to lift the dip of the center area and peeled it off. If you do this, watch out for joints. These's a gap between center and the edge of the badge separating dip but I had it joined in places so use scalpel or crafting knife to cut it careful or you will peel center dip with the edge.
