must say, that's good service

not surprised their valet was pish to begin with though, down at the VX dealership, i've witnessed them valeting first hand, to say they'd missed a bit was an understatement. Stevie wonder could have seen it wasn't done right down there!!

Not really a great surprise. Balfield constantly performs as one of the best Ac and Fiat dealers in the country. In both volume and quality.

if that place ranks as the best, id hate to see the worst

i've had nothing but bother and down right lies in my previous visits there

most places would just say come down and we will do it again for you they have actually acknowleged thats its cack by saying here take some money and get it done by someone properly :D

Good to see you got a result.

At first my dealership used to wash the car fairly well but after I had issues with the car and their service they treated me like a leper. Managed to get dirty foot prints all over the floor mat on the driver's side and got grease marks on numerous places on the bodywork. As ever, had to argue with the service manager about it and reluctantly he got someone to get a rag out and clean the mess they made.

Every time I've had dealings with the place (Fiat/Citroen Arnold Clark Paisley), the mechanics have been the most miserable, abrupt people I've met in a garage - seems like the management team don't give a flying feck either. CM Garage, though you do see some stress if it's getting busy, at least don't lump that on the customer's shoulders.

As I've said before, I doubt I'll ever get a car from a dealership ever again let alone on finance - 2 of the worst mistakes I've ever made when buying anything. I know not all dealerships are the same, but it seems rare to actually find a place that doesn't feck up all the time or overcharge you through the nose.

The past three cars I've bought from Arnold clarks have been badly valeted but I just slag them to my mate(general manager for Elgin branch) then go sort it myself! At least the job is then done properly! All other areas of the branch I can say I'm very happy with, even made friends with the DET there!
