Just a quick thought, Im going to lose my works fuel card shortly, and wanted to buy some oil for my motor before i do.

I checked the Haynes manual, and it says 5W/30 but doesn't specify fully or part synthetic.

Its a 1.4TDCi Fiesta 2010 if that helps??

For newer cars, it's generally always fully. Especially modern diesels.

One is half synthetic and the other is full haha

Think it means that semi synthetic is half man made and half made from crude oil and fully is all man made, but im likely miles out with that one

its all temperature difference related so its all about climate really

fards are crap with there oils and its 5/40 fully sith , (Y) mostly every ford runs on it
