Portable N64anyone?

hmmm, big games console designed to run on 230v plus a screen to be powered...3 small batterys

think we can see a small issue and why he shows nothing past the title screen :laugh:

seriously though, the n64 isn't a bad place to start for a big console made small, the cartridge system is one that doesnt need quite so much auxilary power drains like a laser, motor to spin the disc etc, just really the processor...

im still hugely sceptical on wether it works properly and if so, for how long though

I know somone who could do that....
He repairs all sorts of games consoles, controllers, customizes controllers, repairs GHD's (Hair Straightners) etc etc etc

Looks rather decently made Seen a few of these on Retro Collect...some are WAAAY better than others though I wouldn't know the first thing about creating one. Personally, I'd just go down the lazy route and buy the portable Mega Drive made by Sega...



...not as much fun in the "look what I built the other day" type stakes though

Pretty nice. I'd love to be able to make things like that as well but would probably just end up making a portable pile-of-wires-and-bits-of-plastic-that-used-to-be-an-n64-but-now-is-no-use to-anyone-ever.
