Summer wheels are back on because I've busted yet another wheel on a pot hole. And in a completely unrelated issue I also have a broken front spring. Unfortunately because it's the sporting model the spring has to be ordered in and as I'm trying to get it fixed on the cheap won't be replaced until next weekend minimum and possibly later. Christ knows when the new wheel and tyre will be with me so in the mean time I'm stuck with a car which is skittery enough in the ice and snow on the summer wheels but with dodgy suspension is even worse. I'm definitely not using it to get to work next week

And yes that mk1 punto would be cool I'm just not sure it would be safe in my hands at the moment. Still, there's always the Yellow thing sat on the driveway if we can ever get it through the damn mot lol

At this rate you're going to have a different set for every month of the year for each car I bought a wheel today. Yup, just the one and it cost me a whole £55. It reminded me why I run around on steel wheels in the winter time rather than stupidly expensive alloys ![]()
