well decided to swap places with stuarty,he norm does all my wee niggly jobs.
so after going to autoparts which was fecking shut.
got lovely new set of shiny sockets from halfords then had to go get b's veccy so he could do his handbrake.
time was pushing on & holy bejings the clouds the open up.
so after a bit of inspiration from the fs big cheese.
i'll give credit where it's due awesome idea for the use of the gazebo.
we had v6 rallye control.
so best part of the next 2 hrs going what do i do next
was well chuffed till we got to the oil cooler
couldn't get the bolts off so finally got them off so that where most of the river don was going.seal gone
new oil cooler on tonight (fingers crossed) so cheers stu for the mentoring

no probs bud, you did well considering how intimidating the v6 can be to first timers
 
yeah, well, its proper name is a heat exchanger, it sits in between the heads in a water channel, basically the oil runs through a radiator thats submerged in the cooling system, if you get me.....
