I bought a set of lights a couple of months ago to work on a similar project. I cannot for the life of me figure out how the hell it can be done, although I have seen a Bravo going around locally with them in!! He wont tell me how he's done it though, says he wants to be, and I quote, "unique"!!
Where abouts u live? If you live local, you are more then welcome to come and take a look at my set of lights to figure it out before you spend a load of cash on your own set!! I'm near Burnley in Lancashire if it helps mate.
I'm already on a design as we speak for LED rear lights. I currently have three designs. Yes its bloody tricky to do and if you dont know what your doing can cost you alot of money.
im in surrey, ill have a go should be alrite i do sparks n so does my dad and my dads best mate is auto sparky so well have a go 2getha lol. wen i cum up with a design i mite do a few sets and sell um for wat they cost me.
@ Joske - I don't suppose u would mind sharing these designs would you mate? I cant even get into the the clusters never mind plan designs!! The only way I can see to get into them is to cut them, but then I cant find a way to put them back together!!

How have you cut into the light? The only two ways I can see to do it are:
1. Cut away the glue that holds the black plastic around the edges to the clear plastic 'cover'. (But then I cant see how to glue it back together as its very orkwardly placed)
2. Cut great big chunks out of the black plastic itself, but then obviously I would need some sort of replacement back piece to prevent damage to the bulbs...
GGRRRR!!!! As you can tell, Ive spent a LOT of time studying these damn things and so far, have got nowhere!! Any suggestions just to get me started are VERY VERY welcome!!! Thanks
