while i was changing the bonnet of my car today i noticed that there is a loose wire that appears to have been pulled from the fuse box on the passenger side of the engine bay,

it is a thin, white wire with an orange tracer and is shrouded in a black rubber sheath that looks like it is original,

i have tried to read the wiring diagras in the haynes manual but i couldnt make any sense of it.

the car still runs but im guessing it should be connected to something!

anyone got any ideas as to what it does or where it goes?

the car is a 1.4Sx (bad choice i know)

I've got about 6 wires that aren't connected to anything in my 1.4SX lol, as long as it still goes I don't care, bring it up when you next get it serviced if it's worrying you.
