This is really annoying me! It's kind of a bit loose and makes a 'juddery' noise every time i go over the slightest bump. I've taken the door panel off and have checked that the mechanism is secured correctly - Is there anything else it could be??

Also, my sunroof leaks...badly. Any suggestions?

Head the same problem. Take off the rubber on witch the window slides (don't have to take the door panel), reposition it, and apply some
silicone lubricant on the sliding surface. The window is going to slide easier, and stop rattling. The cause is that the window is gluing it self to the rubber.
