Does anyone know the size of the Ribe bolts (similar to Torx bolts) holding the Camshaft cover down on the 1.4 engine??
And where i can get one before the weekend?
Thanks.

Rab. :)

Torx drives will fit, Hellfrauds sell a set.

Ribe is simply a way to get around having to pay Torx to use the name :)

Cheers Tom i was hoping someone like yourself would answer
The girl with the Bravo accross the street from me hasn't driven her car for a week i managed to ask her tonight why.
She showed me her car and told me it was making a screaching noise and she was scared to drive it .
When you take the oil filler cap off and look inside there is absulutly no oil on the cam and i can only think that the screach is the cam on the valves.
She want's to get rid but can't even drive it to a garage to try trading it in.
I was going to try and lubricate everything so she can get it to a garage.
She freely admits she has neglected it but she got ripped off by the dealers and still owes 2 grand on it so it has to go n part ex.

Take the spray bar off and soak it in petrol.

Then dump a good lot of oil over the cam before restarting.

Will do mate
Ihad a look in the haynes manual but it doesn't tell you how the spray bar comes off.
Am i right in thinking it's just a few bolts and lift it out?

I'd guess so! Watch out for o-rings where the oil feeds into it.
