MY Marea HLX has a rattle from the nearside front suspension when it hits a pothole. The garage has checked it out and cant find anything wrong. They want to dismantle it all but that sounds expensive, Has anyone experienced this or has anybody any ideas what it might be.

i've found an a cupple of mareas suffer movement of the antiroll bar. it slides to one side an knocks off the subframe. you can tell by looking at the bolts in the subframe for marks. if you lubricate the bar and lever it back into position then secure it with jubilee clips at either side(outside)of the mountings, this stops in sliding back. hope this helps.
