have test driven a k reg Tipo 88,000 miles with a view to buying .

Not familiar with the CVT type box it seems to whine
quite a bit and car stalls sometimes when coming to a halt in drive.

General condition seems good but in need of a service.

can anyone tell me what to look for when these
transmissions are failing? I guess they can be very expensive to replace.
