Hi,
I'm new here and have a problem with windscreen wipers.
They run continously as soon as i put ignition
Have changed the motor of but no improvment also wiper lever,no joy.
As error have B1020 Windscreen wiper relay speed 1
Don't have found any relay for wipers
Think that command are electronic from bcm?

This information is for a 2008 Ducato wiper, yours may be the same:
There are no external relays, the wiper motor is commanded by logic signals (12V or 0V) from the BCM.
The wiper connections are:
Pin 1 Earth
Pin 2 12 Volts from Fuse F43 in Junction Unit B002
Pin 3 Wiper speed 2 command from BCM (0V for speed 2)
Pin 4 Wiper speed 1 command from BCM (0V for speed 1)
Pin 5 "Cam" signal from wiper back to BCM, for self parking function

I suggest you carefully check the wiring from the Wiper Motor to the BCM (the three thinner wires), making sure there are no open circuits or short circuits. A short to ground from Pin 4 would give your symptoms. For further testing, you need to connect a voltmeter to Pins 3, 4 and 5 and check that each line has the expected voltage.

Usually on eLearn there will be a layout or key diagram on the same sheet. If you look at the diagram kindly linked to above by rayc, you will find a rectangle immediately above the designation "M001" for the body computer. The layout of the BCM connectors is given in this rectangle.

Unfortunately, as I have found, copying eLearn pages into a pdf document by printing does result in poor definition. Another option would be to download your own copy of eLearn which is available from the downloads section of this forum. Lots of information available, when you find how to access it.

Have slightly different pinout on my bcm
Elearn state for an 52 pins on connector A while on this bcm connector a has 60 pins
Have traced 3 pins on bcm that are ok,1are missing
So please if someone has right pinout for this bcm:

All done.
Discovered short to ground.

Have pull new wires from wipers to bcm and work again like it should.
