Evening,
On my 2017 X290, it has the cup holder centre console, not a glove box,

I’m assuming the pollen filter is still situated behind the console,

How easy is it to get to?
Looking at changing it, as I’m positive dealers haven’t changed it, due to all my junk in the cup holders always as they were before service.

Any help on how to get to it is much appreciated

The cup-holder and panel behind come off relatively easily, and the filter itself is then not over-difficult to remove. The whole job is however (like anything in the lower dash aree of a Ducato) one for a double-jointed dwarf built like a racing-snake.

I had my 'van serviced by the local Fiat Professional dealer to keep up the warranty/goodwill, but, as I'd installed quite a bit of wiring and a DAB unit behind the cup-holders, I asked them simply to supply the replacement filter and I'd fit it myself (which I subsequently did).

On picking it up, I was handed the filter, and told the the grease-monkey mechanic had done a little jig around the room when told he didn't need to replace it - apparently it is a much-hated part of the job.
