I have a Hymer BC 655, FIAT DUCATO 2.8 JTD from the year 2005. I´m looking how to remove and change the radiator. My radiator got stuck and I have to change them. I don´t think I can remove the radiator forwards, and I think I have to remove the support beam. Can anyone me give some advice?? Thanks.

Hi... I have a 2002 Hymer B544 leaking water and a new radiator has been ordered. Looking through my cd manual it looks fairly easy but, who knows!

Remove underneath engine shield (about 8 bolts)
Remove cross member (3 bolts either side) BUT first release the wiring loom and the ABS unit with all the pipes (1 bolt) and any bolts securing the front cowling
Drop the cross member
Release 2 bolts from top of radiator and support
Undo the 2 rubber pipes on the side (need 2 replacement jubilee connecters) and drain
Lower the radiator
I'll let you know how I get on removing my leaking radiator tomorrow
