Multi ecu scan on North Tyneside

New to the forum and trying to sort an issue for my daughter’s car after a blue and me failure, I found Simon and his previous reviews. Unable to private message Simon I asked for his help he reached out quickly and passed his details. I explained what the issue was and a timeframe I had to try and sort her car whilst it was half term and car not in use. Simon was a true gentleman quickly scanned and removed the unit which I sent to northern auto tech in morecombe who provided a fast effective repair and turn around in days. I let Simon know and he refitted and proxy aligned car the same day to help out the timeframe. As the advert goes if carlsberg did car repairs…. Brilliant help and service highly recommended

Simon was extremely friendly and helpful explaining to me what was required to rectify the issues associated with the Blue and Me Unit, he was very responsive, my unit was damaged beyond repair, it was replaced with a unit with identical serial number and all issues are resolved!
