Hi,
Do you have simple air conditioning or the dual zone climate control?
If it's just air con it is probably a stuck relay. If climate control it could be a faulty electronic speed control unit. In either case it is also possible that a damaged wire could cause issues. Has anything else been done to the car recently? You can pull a fuse to stop the fan rather than disconnecting the battery.
It is dual zone climate control, and the failure appeared suddenly, no actions to the car. Please could you show me the specific fuse of the fan, and where can I find it ? Thanks

Hi according page 176 to the handbook ( download it here https://www.fiatforum.com/downloads.php?do=download&downloadid=105
) The climate fan is on fuse F2 (40A) in the engine compartment fuse box.
Image is on page 171 and it's the second fuse up from the bottom on the line of large fuses.
