The Croma forum seems to be only inhabited by about a dozen or so people at any one time which is about just over 1% of the Croma owning population of the UK.
Is it possible that all the others are perfectly fine and we have the dud ones, or are they all as bad as each other and we we are just the gobs*t*s?
As I suspect it is the latter, it is a sad reflection on our society that only 1% of the population has something to say about a car with so many inherent weaknesses - some of which can be expensive to repair (although as I learn more about modern diesels I will concede that EGR and PDF problems are far from being a FIAT monopoly).
It is little wonder that manufacturers and dealers get away with what they do - this wouldn't happen in the US. To start they have 5 to 7 year warranties as standard, but that aside you could be assured that if the Croma was sold in the US virtually every owner would be on the forum, coming together to confront FIAT with a collective Class Action.
