Anybody know of where you can buy a new rear wiper arm and blade. Halfrauds don't list it. My local dealer says there is a 12 week wait for these. Is the rear wiper interchangeable with any other Fiat's or Alfa's??

Think I will have a look at a Signum and Vectra in the Tesco car park tonight, to see if they are the same.

Is it not possible just to replace the blade rather than the whole arm?

Unfortunately not - it's one of these new-fangled 'aero' types and the housing is moulded into the arm. Yet another way for them to make money..:bang:

Just had a look at mine, the arm is integral with the blade, but the bare blade is a standard old type blade and is easily replaceable. You could even cut down a longer one. Done this many times in the past.

Absolutely, may be the way forward if no cheap replacement arms are found.

Did not see any Vectra Estates and Signums at Tesco last night to confirm. But my Fiat independent garage has told me that he was told that the Croma rear arm and blade are also the same fitment to the current Fiat Multipla and the Fiat Multiwagon ( Stilo Estate ).

My ePer disc, like the one on the forum, is only 2005, so can't check this. Just go for my suggested cheap option. When I had a Multipla (2000) I found the original wiper blades lasted 2 years, and cheap looking Halfords were still going when I sold it 4 years later. I never run wipers on a dry screen though, I just have to turn them off.

I replaced my front blades with new ones from the firm Surestart Batteries and the rear I changed the rubber blade with the rubber from a cheap blade from a Pound Shop.

Got It :D

Bought some super duper set of blades for the front, exact Fiat Croma fit. £12.45 for pair

Asked if they had rear, they said yes, so bought one. Got it and fits perfectly, came with plastic aero arm as well £9.45 (y). They said don't always hold a lot of stock of these, as not much call....Wonder Why?

Bought from Qualitycarparts.co.uk, they have shop on Ebay shop!!
