My advice is that the only thing that is likely to be affecting ride height is the springs. They have probably been cut. It is hard to tell for a garage. Get a pair of normal springs and it will sit fine I reckon.

Have springs and shocks all unwanted.
Mounts etc not present. Some life in them.
Post a pic when I get home.
