no help now but always get quotes before you do mods,anyway lecture over . what companys have you tried? go for performance based companys like adrian flux https://www.adrianflux.co.uk/index.htm but if you're not getting any offers of cover then its gonnacost you if you do get cover.how old are you and whats you're license NCB situation?

I got a Full comp quote from CIS, there the only place that will insure me as i am under 19 with this mod. Well for a resonable price that is.

HIC 08451 290290 - but they don't insure under 19's I believe, and your age ain't in your profile. They cover my 1242 cinq for £245 and the turbo for £175.

i'm payin £420 for third party fire & theft on a standard sei sportin, but me is only lickle so i suppose its not bad

£245 for the 1242!!!! I am guessing being older has an advantage.

£2100 for my Sei 1242, Full comp. 18 with no NCB etc kinda pushes the premium up lots too.

Hmmm, Im looking at the business end of £1k for a 1242 Cinq, but that is without the Cat 1 alarm declared!

lol, my premium on the SX for TPFT was £1200 this year. had to pay an extra £100 when i got the sporting and that's with Pass plus and 1 yrs NCB

Think they'll cover anything, try giving them a ring.

Bit of a horses for courses thing, insurance - a friend with an Astra Turbo rang them and they were decidedly uncompetitive.

i have just been quoted £1000.02 for standard sei sporting @ 19 with no ncb with HIC and for a 1242 it was the same price, turbo 1242 was £1240.02 stating turbo, nos, induction kit, cam and head work - 150bhp

i love novas but its time for a change
