Hi guys,

I have a Seicento 1242MPI at the moment and the cam is pretty worn so have a acquired a head with an 866cam.

Anyway, off the same guy I have managed to the metal intake manifold and punto 75 throttle body.

My question is, is the punto 75 throttle body/manifold a straight swap for the seicento one?

Im planning to get a garage to do the head but was going to do the throttle body myself later on.

Cheers

Dan

It will fit as long as it's an Mpi head. Whether it works is another matter, the TB is different and iirc does not have the 2 plugs the standard Mpi has. Also the injectors might not work with the normal ecu, just an idea though as I don't actually know.

Point is for that to work I'm pretty sure you need a p75 ecu, maybe even spi? jatkinson ?

Right okay.

Think I will just stick with the head/cam getting swapped and resell the rest if it's too much work.

The car was stood for quite a while and I think it had been run on next to no oil. I got it quite cheap but by the time I had a mechanic change oil there were bits of metal in the rocker cover area near the cams, it is also quite noisy
