Hello all,

Brake drums for your Sei can be had for a mere £8 each on ebay at the moment inc postage. I ordered a pair on Thursday and they arrived this morning, Monday. I was very pleasantly surprised to find two Quinton Hazel drums arrive as I was expecting some unknown brand or even unbranded. Bearing in mind that most of the £8 probably goes on the postage I feel these are an absolute bargain. Only 6 left at the moment though so get in quick.

Already have. Actually I was a bit worried by the Quinton Hazel bit, but they look OK.

Quinton Hazell were always regarded as a good brand in my day. Does that not apply any more?
They had a factory making exhausts a couple of miles from me but I just discovered it closed earlier this year so I suppose they have stuff manufactured abroad nowadays.

I am so tempted by these and the front arms !!!

The price is amazing. I never had any problems with QH stuff. I use their thermostat a lot of the time!

Have to admit that I didn't really need the drums but I still have to do the rear bushes so I thought I might as well have a couple of new drums at the same time. Silly not to at that price.
You may remember that I got the rear Powerflex bushes also from ebay at £37 so Sei's are definitely becoming even cheaper to run. I guess people are getting reluctant to hang onto stock they might end up being left with if they don't shift it now.
I wonder what will come up next? Wouldn't mind a NOS bodyshell for £50 or so .

Now pretty much everything has moved to China. The Chinese can make great stuff, but they can also make total carp to dump on Westerners. QH had some initial quality control issues after the move.
