Hmm, After nearly all the suspension bits have been replaced, the car pulls to the left at low speed. If I jack it up the steering wheel spins of the left?!

Its like the PS actually wants to turn left?

Has any one heard of something like this before? where is the PS fuse so I can check if its related at all?

No. unless its out by a lot..... it pulls left at 5mph and did before all the suspension work

Any one tell me where the PS fuse is, if I can rule that out ill be happy

(its due for tracking later this week)

Couldn't tell you that. But with any suspension works it is save to have the tracking checked and track Especially for a track car!

And its not fuse 21 unless the sci has the worlds lightest steering

typical symptom of a worn out electronic pas column.

Fuse 10 disables / powers the power steering motor in the fiat Seicento (for google)

It was harder to turn right than left and would pull left just slipping the clutch in 1st

no pulling left or right disabled.....looks like another part im going to have to replace...i hate this fiat

FIAT ( fix it again tomorrow) its the joys of getiing to know your car intimatly that makes it fun

PAS fuse is behind the battery, if its an MPi.

Rack is not centred to column which is sending the column gaga.

i say bin the pas and fit a cinq rack, its something i dont understand is pas on a sei, i mean why? lol i have got 14's with 185 tires, a bigger engine and my fat a**e behind the wheel and the steering is still really light, but hey thats my opinion anywhoo lol

hold on i'm a little confused

the pas is connected to the column or the rack?

PAS is on the column, thereforewith a power column the sei rack is one turn quicker, and is a direct swap onto a cinq.

Hey Rallycinq,

The rack is not centred to the column? How would you go about sorting that out?
As far as i'm aware the rack has never been off this car (its a SPI and its fuse 10 in the drivers foot well)

the steering wheel could of been turned a few teeth ? or one bad tracking place

ok so i could put a sei rack on my cinq and not have to go pas? thats sounds good to me, as it would make parking faster lol

If this problem has occured since the suspension has been changed, something is now out of alignment.

I think you did the top mounts, did you fit the non EPS ones?
