Unfortunetly no. In a weekend I go to cento meeting in Hungary. I think I can write on monday, or if I have some time in friday. I'm sure that you can read in tuesday.
Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I`m working out the same issue as the OP, so will update progress for those who stumble upon the thread googling
Managed to get it working today - there is a thin black/red rpm signal cable wired to the 12th pin of the yellow jack found under the plastic cover and carpet on the LHD side of the car near the door frame/hinges - see attached picture. Mind you, the cable comes from the underside and ends in the jack - not wired farther. Also, the wire colouring and function for the factory jack is as follows (left to right as seen from behind the tach):
BLUE - ignition switched power
YELLOW/RED - dash light
BLACK - ground
BLACK/RED - rpm signal (presumably from ECU)
So, it seems that the colouring scheme is consistent as far as the signal wire goes, although some guides suggest that the BLUE cable is the signal one. It might be a case of SPI/MPI difference, but cannot confirm. My car is a 2002 MPI Seicento S without a rev counter plug in the dash. I also measured the voltage of the signal wire and it came to around 6.5 Volts - might be useful to someone.
