Has anyone else Emailed vanaaken recently???

I mailed a few questions a while back and thought to myself "hmm it'll take a while to get a reply coz of xmas holidays and such" but i still havn't heard??

Anyone else had this in the past??

My only experience of contacting them was to ask what oil filter I needed to go on an 1108 turbo cinq. The reply was quite alarming, they didn't know (clearance is reduced due to the turbo and exhaust setup, so a standard Cinq filter won't fit). Best they could do was give me a Renault part number, only because they happened to be converting one in the workshops at the time and it had a filter with a part number on. I had to then ask Renault what the filter was from in order to go and buy one.

Inspires confidence, doesn't it.

i sent them an email about a sports cat and they replied back, then i sent another and they never replied and this was about 2 months ago..(n)

I really HATE it when companies don't reply to you. It really gets up my nose.

I bought a nice freeview box, works perfectly except when you use it with RF out (it has a RF modulator built in) when it has some sort of interference, I want it to be perfect as I didn't get it especially cheap. I phoned BT shop - email Hauppauge, ok, when? 30th december morning, that's a good few working days ago.

I also emailed a professor at Uni asking for help on a particular bit of cwk - we're supposed to be able to, did i get a reply? No.

Same from my personal tutor.

It's the attitude that emails can be ignored .

Yeah i know what you mean, i had a few tutors like that at uni, does not take 2 secs to write an email. The same thing with ebay when sellers don't reply or they promise to send you a photo of the item and then don't. Or even say email me for pictures when they have not put a single one up in the first place.
